Data Conversion
The information you currently have on your customers, suppliers and other contacts is likely to be contained in one of the following:
- Your accounting system
- An Excel spreadsheet
- An Access database or other database system
- Another CRM system
When you decide to use Legrand to effectively manage your contacts, this information will need to be imported into the system in a way that is most useful to you.
Reboot can assist with converting your data and setting it up in Legrand. Because you know your data better than anyone however, we value your input in terms of identifying which information is important and in what fields it should be entered in Legrand CRM.
If you currently use ACT!, a data import utility already exists to extract your data from ACT! and enter it into Legrand.

Implementation
Whilst a single-user licence for Legrand CRM is fairly easy to install, depending on your computer system, number of users, level of integration required etc, you may want professional help and advice in this regard. Reboot Ltd is knowledgeable and experienced in this area and can assist with:
- Defining how the database should be set up to best meet your needs
- Advising on the most efficient way to install the software
- Checking the hardware and network capabilities of your current system and providing recommendations on what may be required
- Configuring the software to enable laptop synchronisation
- Developing or assisting with the development of customised reports
- Advice on backup procedures
- Advice and assistance with integration to your accounting system (if applicable), Microsoft Outlook, and any third party applications you may need to integrate with
- Advice on the product (Std, Pro or Corp) that is best suited to your requirements
Training
Reboot can provide one-on-one training, either face to face or remotely. Although Legrand CRM is intuitive and easy to use, it can be beneficial to invest in some training to ensure your business is using the system to its maximum potential. Such training would be tailored to your specific needs and carried out as and when required.
Group training sessions are also offered and are dependant on demand.

Reboot staff are highly qualified in the use of Crystal Reports and can either provide training if you wish to develop your own reports or develop reports specifically for your needs.
